Refuel works developed the architectural concept behind the ‘art villa’ with formafatal brought in by the client to focus on the building’s interior design and external finishes. inspired by the work of brazilian architect paulo mendes da rocha, the project comprises raw concrete walls that contrast the lush landscape as well as the warmer materials used internally. a hand-painted watercolor jungle motif is found in the kitchen, while the bedrooms and bathrooms feature custom-made tiled floors.
