The villa is situated on the southern edge of a norththward sloping plot with an area of approx. 3,000 square meters. The site is offering a beautiful view oft the city of Valasske Mezirici. This view plays a crucial role in all residential rooms, especialy the main bedroom with the enclosed balcony and the main living area with surrounding terrace do offer a whole variety of attractive views of the surrounding environment. The building is mainly a wooden structure made according to local traditional construction techniques, which is, however, technologically advanced to the contemporary level.
The cross-glued wooden panels combined with load-bearing steel elements give rise to a traditional wooden house of the third millennium. The concept of the interior space is a variation of the “plan libre”.
