Portuguese architecture studio WAATAA (short for “We are all together around architecture”) transformed a former commercial office building into a flexible living space. Entitled “By Studios”, the project saw WAATAA convert three spaces into modular living areas with furniture that can be flipped out and adjusted, allowing for the apartments to be used in myriad ways.
